Hidden Role Models are fabulous women I've met through my career, who love what they do and are successful at it. I always want to know what makes these women tick, what pushes them to succeed and why they chose their path? With this unique insight into their world I wanted to document them at work. Every photo in the series has an accompanying interview that makes the subject much more accessible.

I want to highlight careers that kids, especially outside London, maybe won't see a woman doing, so we can give them options and visions of what their own success could look like. If you don't see it, you can't be it.
